NoiseCoupling LLC specializes in developing test and measurement tools for noise coupling and power integrity in electronic systems. Our products help you analyze, characterize, and extract models of the power distribution networks from the silicon die level through package, PCB and all the way to the Voltage Regulator Modules (VRM), measurements that are not possible with conventional test instruments. The embedded test instruments for FPGAs configure existing systems to perform measurements on themselves and to implement automatic self-diagnose. These products can also be configured to predict long term reliability issues and system failures, or to detect system-level data tampering attacks.
